No response from Unisa for 5 months!!!

I tried for 5 months to get 2 queries sorted out by Unisa. I have sent them mail after mail with no response or change.
My first complaint about them was that I tried to change my maiden name to my new surname since Jan it is July and I am still registered on my maiden surname.
My second complaint is about the subjects I need to take. There is a discrepency in the brocure that I needed some clarification on. Month after month I send them mails to ask the same question over and over since Jan as well. One person came back to say that they sent the query through to the Economics department and gave me the email address to use. But since then I have had NO communication from them. Not one email. They do get the mails because with every email I send I get an automated response saying that my query will be dealt with promptly.
They took away the call centre to make it easier to deal queries but infact made it harder for students.
Over a week ago I logged my first complaint and still no response from them even if the are listed under companies that respond. I don't know what to do anymore :( :( :(
