I can hardly ever receive calls, only messages informing me of Voice Messages received?!? Specifically at home, which is where I work from as well, my clients can never get hold of me which has resulted in the loss of clients and personal income, and there is no option to install landlines in our estate. My wife uses MTN, full reception!! Cell C always has this way of sugar coating things with their adds, instead of being honest with clients by telling them how they really are. Now, if you lay a complaint on Hello Peter or where ever, they reply to you with this Psycho Babble questions of "which phone you're using", or "how often does this happen", "when did these issues start"? I dont need Therapy from my service provider please! Give me what i pay for, or i'm gonna start sending an account every month of all my financial losses to make up for it! Unfortunately I've just signed a 24month contract 2 months ago, otherwise i would've given you an alternative of what to do with this contract... Regards Annoyed
