It seems as if every second person on this site complains of bad or no reception from Cell C network, and each answer is the same - "sorry, we will look into it". When will Cell C realize that there is a HUGE problem? I also have not received any feedback on my complaint. I want to cancel my two year contract - I do not see why I should be charged for something I am unable to use most of the time, Cell C does not seem interested in solving their clients's problems, just paying for ads to attract new clients. Spend that money on solving your network issues!
