8ta / Telkom Mobile
For how long must i still wait

I been waiting for 8ta to responded and assist me since last year November and no one seems interested in helping me.
This is probably the 4 complaint I'm doing and I have not heard any response.
I don't understand what is taking so long for them to do to give me the letter I asked for and close my account and they are really starting to irritate me.
My account is paid up and I really need to that letter for other things.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST...
