Fruadulent account that takes long to be closed

Late last year cannot remember the month exactly i got a call from debt colectors saying that i have been handed over by hei8ta saying sins i took contract phone which i dod not not anything about n i asked them to freeze it and they asked me to send them affidavit and copy of my ID and they will investigate but even now they have not got back to me its been a year now sins i have been waiting for their response, today i get a call again from the debt collectors saying when am i gonna pay the account meaning nothing was done about that account i complaint about, i want an explanation letter from them and apology for messing up with my name and i want that account to be closed as soon as possible.my name is Kabelo Kgobane and cellphone number is 0728813585 or adawise i will have to hand this in to my lawyers now cause im sick and tired of this, its enough now.
