I have been waiting since 9th of July for a simple close file letter. Will I ever get my close file letter? I made so many calls and all I get are call centre agents who are not interested in my suffering. The standard answer is "I will make an urgent request pls wait". So many of them have made these urgent requests but still there is no letter. What am I supposed to do to get this letter?
