On Numberous days, I called Nashua mobile customer service number 0861412412 because I could not access my BBM, Internet (BIS is disconnected). I spoke to a number of consultants to name a few Naheem, Lauren, Kelebogile and Mulondi. Mulondi promised to look into the matter as the previous consultants didnt do anything about my query. I have been waiting and it is now two weeks without feedback. I am frustrated as I am not able to use my phone fully due to this. All i need is feedback on what is going on or what steps should i take to have this sorted.
