STILL INCORRECT BILLING

After a whole month Cell C has still not fixed my account. they cannot put a credit through before they can tell me what is due. they then take me off debit order and I was inconvenienced to pay cash otherwise they will suspend my service. I paid the account, what is due and now I get an sms saying my account is in arrears AFTER they confirm receipt of the payment?? no one can help me, always being transferred form the one person to the other and every time I have to answer a thousand security questions. I was told I cant get an amended statement because the credit will only show on the August statement, It still does not show!!! I have never in my life had to deal with things like this. I can't wait for this 2 year contract to expire, because there is NO WAY I will ever use Cell C again!
