I am buying R 45 - 200 sms from Vodacom. I loaded my acc on the 21st of Jan 2013 on the 23rd Jan 2013 32 sms was send according to the balances. When I checked my SMS its about 11. I contacted the call centre they told me my 1 sms is 2 sms for them more thant 160 characters 2 sms. When I checked my sms I can see 1 sms to my friends thats apparently 12 sms from Vodacom, the rest of my sms are less that 160 characters. I told them I am buying 200 sms no where on the purching sms shows it you send 1 sms more that 160 characters its 2 sms for vodacom. I feel this is day light and I told the concultant I will let all my friends and work colleagues know of the scheam of VODACOM. This is false advertisment from VODACOM. "Your account has been credited with 200 smss. SMS to be used within 30 days, any remaining smss will be forfeited" NO WHERE DOES IT SAY MORE THAN 160 CHARACTERS VODACOM TAKES MORE THAN 1 SMS FROM THEIRE CUSTOMERS.
