You phone Telkom to apply for a new line with ADSL. The agent on their side gives me the wonderful news that the service is available in the Brentwood Park area and continues with the order. Now when I phone the get an update on the order I get a deferent answer, due to a high of cables in the area they will not be able to provide any service for me. First why don't you update you system so agents gives you the news from the beginning that no Telkom service is available in your area.
