After my first complaint dated 6th instant, registered on [URL Removed] i have been contacted by Blanche of the Cell C escalations team on the 8th instant, who promised to journal the credit to the correct account and close the 2nd account in order to avoid confusion in the future and i was so relieved that someone at last helped at Cell C and my number was activated immediately.
However i have once again received an sms from Cell C on even date with the warning that my account will again be suspended should i not attend to the arrear balance within 2 days - which in fact, i am not in arrears.
This is ridiculious. Can one entity be so incompetent in sorting out their accounts-department?
