Ive got a 4meg telkom internet line in my area and my service provider which is afrihost is submitting tickets for slow internet for the past months to telkom and the only thing that i get is zero, i cant even open up an webpage as my internet is too slow. they say that the problem is with the exchange and cables and so on. i dont care if the internet comes from mars but if this cannot be sorted out i wont pay a payment further but if i have to pay then they are fast to push buttons for debit orders to go through but i pay for no internet!!!
reason for my anger is i play online games for telkom do gaming league and its for places on south africa's ranking list and for prize money but each time i have to forfeit my team because i cant play.
i hope this will get sorted
