This is my 4th complaint about the same issue on HP - see precious postings. Every time a response is posted quite quick on HP telling the world that they do care and that I will be contacted. Up to now i was only contacted the first time without the issue being resolved. Why are you lying to me? I still have no data in Shere although my phone and Ipad show a full 3G signal. I did fill in a network problem form, but that was the last contact at all. I will now take it further, I have complain enough without being contacted at all. The last time I was promised that Blanche will phone me. WOW Blanche working for the division that must assist but she is not assisting at all!
