I REPORTED A FAULT 15 JAN, STILL NO RESPONSE

On 15 January 2013 I reported a telkom residential telefone fault number the fone rings outside on the pole, it doesnt come inside the house in the hand set unit, fault reference 414CNZ150113, still no one has responded either by a call or a technician, their residential fault reporting line 0123210212 is NEVER answered,

Most residents lines have become useless as a result of faults non attandance by telkom technicians but pepol are paying for lines rental monthly, most pepo have decided to close and cancel their house lines in my area,
Can I please have my line 0343130061 cancelled and Debit order also cancelled if it cant be fixed
