8 months and no help

I got new contract from Nashau in late last year (2013) waited a month for the phone and been on the phone and email ever since with no possitive help from them. Waited 2 months before my email worked on the phone and now get charged Extra R114 per month for the service, been promised they will sort it out, no responce no calls no help tired off all the calls i have to make. Been a client off Nashua for more than 12 years HOW DO I GET OUT MY CONTRACT
