On 16.12.2013 i received an sms saying i have reached my limit & cannot use my cellphone. I called the call centre around 10am & spoke to Thuli i was told that there was an error on the system i did not reach my limit, i have 47 free minutes, i have BIS which covers my data. She then said hat Busi her supervisor will call me an hours time to solve the issue. I called them at 2pm as i had no feedback & needed to utilize my phone. I was cut off twice & then finally got to Busi. She stated that yes i do have BIS and i do have 47 free minutes but due to their new plan implenantation in August my data was charged and reached my R200 limit which then cuts off my fone eventhough i may have free minutes. She then increased my limit to R250 without my permission. I did not sign or receive any communication regarding a change in data plans - i signed for BIS and thats what i should receive-i have free minutes and i should be able to use it. If i fail to pay my account my line is cut but i have paid my account without fail every month and still not able to use my fone. I have a sick child and it is vital that i have my fone and BIS.Using the fone the same way for the past 4 months but only a spike now
