I had a problem with my internet connection since Friday 07/06/13. I opened a ticket on Wednesday 12/06/13. Within 2 minutes I had a response from Charmaine informing me she had fixed the problem and I should try again in 60 minutes. After testing the connection, everything worked 100%. I am very impressed with the service I received and recommend OpenWeb to anyone wanting reliable excellent service. Thank you Charmaine for the excellent service, it is a pleasure being a customer with OpenWeb!
