Broken phone delivered

I got new phone delivered to me on Thursday 17th January 2013, haven't had stable net work connection since then and I have been sent from pillar to post and been to do all kinds of rebooting the phone. Today Wednesday 23 January 2013 I spoke to Themba Ncube who reports to Ronel Mooroogasen and Khosi Mokone who reports to Maze Dube respectively, and they both promised that Nhlanhla will URGENTLY call me... I"M still waiting.
Sad part is that I'm gonna have to pay MTN for "service" not rendered to me :(
