Telkom is lying

Telkom just replied to my complaint saying my line is "working on their system and that it is fixed"... what a bunch of Liars... I never gave them my Home number and the number is registered on my Wife's name, so What cking line is this they repaired. My line is not broken... my line is being Throttled because I am downloading to many movies at once. Their Call Center Agent told me "Telkom has throttled your internet speed because you are downloading to much"... Telkom's Flyer clearly said "UNCAPPED" nothing about throttling if you download to much, this is criminal, the Acceleration Team who replied to my complaint must explain to me what my Land Line Number is. Just saying it is fixed does not make it FIXed. I am still following up with ICASA on Monday as I am with telkom... lying that you fixed it... nothing is broken.

You are a multi billion rand company, dont treat us like a bunch of, give us what you promised... iCASA is going to sort you out.
