12 year old can work at TELKOM

On Friday the 9th of August Telkom was installing new lines in Komatipoort area. Saturday everyone was online to carry on with business. My ADSL line showed I have internet connection but my PC was unable to link up to the internet I called the technical support team at 9 am on Saturday and spoke to a black gentleman and half way through we got cut off. I called back and spoke to an Indian gentleman (pillay) and after 1 1/2 hours he told me he has to escalate the problem and some one from Cape town will call me back. At 16:00 i called back and spoke to an indian lady who deleted my I.P. address and DNS address and when that didn't work she told me the same story that she will escalate it. I asked her when this will happen and she dropped the phone when i wanted a time frame. I fixed it myself with the help of a 12 year old restoring all the settings the services consultants deleted. I run a business hand in hand with Customs and SARS and i need internet in order to run my business. This is totally unacceptable to put incompetent staff on duty to assist clients on a weekend. i got called back today by someone in C.T. 4 days later, totally unacceptable!!!
