Im very dissapointed

I am very disappointed how my claim is being handled. i dont know how many times iv called 24 hour mobility for my claim and every time they tell me they are going to call me back but iv never received a single call. i pay my insurance installment every month but when its time to claim they duck and dive. if i knew this i would have never wasted my money on them. its been a month now and im still struggling to make a clam
