In am utterly and completely disgusted with SUCH POOR service - or rather lack thereof from Cell C. I have explained my issue to problably 10 consultants already and almost a month later, still no joy. I have logged so many requests, most of them nothing came from - the two most recent ref numbers: 3060100882 and 3060303455. This is my 2nd complaint on Hellopeter and still Cell C does not give a. I have been incorrectly and unlawfully charged for a contract I do not use, a 2nd phone was sent to me by mistake, which I have sent back - i did not open it or activate the contract, yet they have debited my account. Now they are trying to locate where the phone is, when the same courier company that delivered it incorrectly picked it up again. How is this MY problem?? I want my money back ASAP that was taken off my account unlawfully. Secondly the account I currently have - the service/reception everything is up to S. I cant even be on a 10 second call without it being cut and then getting a msg, network unavailable. All my data gets carried over or I lose it as I have to use my personal WIFI. There is NEVER SIGNAL! Porting to cell c is the biggest mistake i have EVER made.
