Not collecting as promised

I was called by one of the cellc sales person for a promotion of galaxy phone, and I was told I can return it if I don't like it, the same day of the delivery discover its not what I want
I did call cellC customer service, I waited on the line for all most an hour, I was given customer services email to send my complain which I did, till to day no one have contact me, I am stacked with phone I don't like.
