I bought a new Samsung S4 from Vodacom Cavendish and four days later it was broken. When I took it back they said wont replace it but I must take it in for repairs as the barcode on the outside of the box was ripped of this is obvous as they opened the box at the shop when I bought it. No one bothered getting back to, and now I'm stuck with a phone that might break in the next month after repairs this is unacceptable and not in accordance with the Consumer Act.
