I asked them to please develop a website for me and payed the deposit on the 10/08/2013. They developed a site which I could view before going life so that I could do changes. I did not like a few aspects of the page and also asked for a few corrections e.g. my private cell number to be replaced with my company cell number (26/09/2013). I did not hear from them a long time thereafter, so when I finally asked for progress they said the site is already life (24/10/2013). They did not do ANY of the changes I asked for and NONE of the links were working. I complained and he said that they will attend to it soon. Eleven days later nothing had happened (the site being life all the time for anyone to view). I complained again (05/11/2013) and was told that they were busy with 'priority work' but if I would like they can transfer the site to another developer. I did organize for another developer to take over immediately (07/11/2013) only to hear from the new developers that bizstarters have already deleted my website (so much for site transfer...). At least I got my deposit back...
