Frustrated and disgusted with MTN

An account opened under my name and I was being billed for it. A compliant logged and investigation was done by mtn. So they say the account was mistakenly activated under my name. Okay fine. But to wait to get my money back and have made numerous calls with no outcome as to how much they owe me or when I will get paid. No1 has contacted me. Wat else must I do? Take the law into my own hands???
