Only one person in call centre or what?

I just want to leave your service, you take my money but I cannot communicate with you. After an hour hold few times, you promised a call back from your supervisor. This just ain't working for me please delete me from your service thank you. I didn't even get the correct amount of money.. Bad lots of debit orders unresolved
