I tried contacting your contact centre but after holding for 10min I had to drop the call.
I upgraded a few months earlier and I am currently paying for my BIS on my old contract.
Please confirm when my new contact starts, so that my BIS on my old contract can be cancelled to avoid being double charged.
I would appreciate your prompt response.
