At 15h44 I phoned from my cellphone Telkom cancellation line I waited 25 min for a consultant to speak to me.to cancel my Telkom line and internet connection for wich we don't have any contract, I was then told that I have to give Telkom a months notice. My ref nr 46646565 I was told that some more consultant will phone me for them to make a dissicion whether they will disconnect or not. I cannot afford to continue and already disconnect my internet and Telkom line. What is my right in this dispute
