Again-No response from 8ta-paying for NO service

Dear Hello Peter,

I wrote a letter a while ago about 8ta's bad service, but I didn't think it could get worse. My internet is still off, because of their admin that is not in place and once again I went to 8ta and an e-mailed them several times afterwards without any response, so that is why I am complaining here again. The previous time they said on hello peter they will look into the matter and come back to me... no one came back to me.

Firstly I made an EFT payment, because I switched banks and the debit order only works from the month after that. When I went to 8ta AGAIN they said it doesn't show on the system that I made an EFT payment. Now it shows on my statement, but the debit order was supposed to go off at the end of July, but for some reason the debit order didn't go off so once again I am 'behind' with payment and my internet is still not on because of their mistake??

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE clear up the matter, because I have a lot of extra expenses now because off 8tas bad service. I am so upset!
