M3 WISE Invest 100 cc t/a Thetha Connect cc cancelled an ADSL service in writing on 15 April 2013. This service is still billed on the account dated 4 Aug 2013! On numerous occasions, both via telephone and email, has this been reported from the above date till present. Every single agent committed to have this removed from the account (359901362747) and a credit passed for the incorrect amounts billed. Absolutely nothing came of these commitments!
The above is something between criminal and wholly incompetent! Can somebody at Telkom please get their act together?
