Bought a modem on contract on Sunday. Was told to pick it up today. Went to your store twice today as you were too busy to help. I cought the manager just as she was about to leave. She told the trainee to just let me sign. Was assured the modem will work. The modem was never Ricad. Thanks MTN.Waste of my time.
