ZERO loyalty to existing clients!

Im due for an upgrade,

so i spot a deal that takes my fancy and try to enquire:
(what a big mistake!!!)

The difference with this deal (if i upgrade online) is that they will give me 500MB additional data every month, for 12 months. which brings their S4 offering more into line with Cell C (Cell C still being a better deal!!)

but if apparently its not available to me because im a) not a new customer, and b) im on a business contract?

Ofcourse it doesent say anything about these requirements in thier terms and conditions. which i have downloaded and read.

where is your loyalty vodacom? why do only new customers get this deal?

also, i wasted my time in sending your complaints department all the info,
only to be responded with,

please send us your ID number, bank name and account and your vodacom account number!
i may as well tick the little box that says, please!!

i will see if you make any attempt to turn my experiences around, if not Cell C, where do i sign?
