VERY expensive service & Delivery with no service!

I purchased a second hand vehicle from delaership&was charged a service and delivery fee of over R6000. I have endless problems with the sales person call me back with feedback on fixes on my car. My car has been basck to the dealership today for the 3rd time. Today my car was due to be returned to me after 2 days with the body shop, called the sales man he cant answer my question on the whereabouts of my car he tells me to call his driver, the driver cant answer me so I call the bodyshop only to find out he has not worked on my car and my car is not in his care its at Bosch. This goes on top of problems reported when I viewed the car that had not been resolved when I collected my car initial, a sales manager who does not return calls or send discussed issues in e-mail as promised, a sales man who never calls but uses the "i was just about to call you" excuse when you call him, deliver with no spare key and then a faulty key delivered, full service history with no service ma needless to say the fuel that they have taken from my vehicle each time it is returned to them for yet another fix up!
I would like some of my service & delivery charges refunded & all issues resolved ASAP!
