I went to the branch quite late to do an upgrade. I had phoned earlier in the day to ask them if the had a particular phone in stock and that was my first interaction with Josh. Firstly he ANSWERED the phone unlike Northgate who NEVER do. He was pleasant and helpful. When I got to the store he remembered me and had held onto the phone like I asked, he was polite, friendly, gave me great advice on my options and spent time setting the phone up for me. He got me to buy a cover and screen protector and put it on for me. He took time to chat to my son and make him feel part of the process. It was one of the most positive service experiences I have ever had, even though it was after 6 at night and close to closing time I never felt like I was being rushed..well done Josh!
