Nashua Mobile accounts dept USELESS!!!

My account is settled via debit order. I made an error on Friday 2 August 2013 by paying Nashua Mobile instead of another service provider.
I spoke to Siyabonga Mtolo who told me to phone back Monday 5 August on 011 207 7685. I have been trying unsuccessfully for two days to get hold of him.
This morning I called 0861 421 421 spoke to Rolanda and held on forever just to be cut off. Phoned back and got her again. Siyabonga is not in so I went on hold again. Got through to Puleng who put me on hold. When she finally came back I asked what she was doing? Why was I being put on hold so much without even being told what is going on? She said there was no notes on my account! Of course not!! But if she asked I would have told her. I was met with a stony silence. I said "Puleng? " Then i asked to be trf to someone who is willing to help me. Got through to Ann in accounts who promptly put me on hold and then back to the main line where I had to choose a option again.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
