Suspension of services without invoice or warning

I have been a victim of Sim swaps on my account, unlawful suspension twice and excessive billing on previous months.

I have two contracts with Nashua Mobile a mtn and an vodacom contract.
Both is off to the point that nobody can get hold of me or I phone out.

I have email all email accounts I could find with no response, after holding on for an hour the call centre call drops so I can't get hold of anybody, my business is standing still and this company have in the past six month cost me SO much money.

I don't receive invoices from them and have made payments of R 7000 without getting any service from them,

My phones have been on for a total of one week in the past month and the rest of the time the service is down!!!

Can somebody help me please?
