During the last 6 weeks I have been desperately trying to upgrade to the new HTC 1.
After visiting 2 branches phone 3 call centres and been cut off continuously with reference numbers, I have come to the realization that MTN does not care.
I have been an MTN subscriber for over ten years and spend close to R5000 per month and still this carry's no weight, e mails aren't even responded to.
Now I will port to Vodacom due to them carry the stock "Vodacom here I come"
