IRREGULAR DATA USAGE

I have supplied CELLC with so much proof to show that the megabytes i keep loosing are of course an error on their side and they have of course been playing games with me tossing me from pillar to post. in my experience the a problem reoccurs over and over you investigate and find the solution and sort the problem out. they keep saying that call are recorded for quality assurance yet it does not seem like they listen to those call nor have an idea of what quality assurance is.

i'm trying to understand why is it that i should continue paying the services that i do not use
a friend can survive a month with only 500MB yet i can not have a 1GB for more four days and we use the same devices and same network company.

i have consulted the office of the consumer protection act.
with that being said i urge cell to investigate the data usage in my account and revert back to me
