I sent my phone in, a HTC One X, for repairs in Jan for an inconsistent signal on the MTN network and received the phone back with a new IME number. The phone came back and worked fine, on Tue 18 June the phone froze. I handed the phone in at the branch, Carnival Mall. They kept me informed as to status on their system. I phoned customer care on the 18 July, 30 days later as this was suppose to be the final day of repair limits. I am still waiting for their return call on the progress. I then told the branch via email that if the phone is still waiting for repairs, I believe that is should be replaced as this is the second time in 5 months for the same fault. The store told me that a new main board is being imported for the phone. Does this mean another new IME number? Today, 6 August, the phone is still not with me and I find this poor service from Nashua Mobile unacceptable. I expect a replacement model, but I know that some excuse will come through as to why this cannot happen. "Saving you time, saving you money" has no value at all. You have wasted my time for 49days, your debit order still goes off though! I will not be renewing my contract and will find a new service provide
