I tried to report the problem regarding the telkom exchange but it still only has max speed of 1mb and the product i'm paying for is 2mb. now i'm being taken advantage of if the max speed can only be 1mb on the exchange but i'm paying for 2mb line. so telkom must reemburse me and upgrade the exchange asap. i reported the fault a year ago and still nothing has changed!
