I wanted to book a table of 22 people for my birthday and only after I called twice and emailed once did I get a response. When I complained to the general manager, Louise, she was unapologetic and sounded as if she did not have time for me. My boyfriend called again that night because I did not want to speak to her and he also said that she sounded irritated. I am shocked because I felt like I was bringing business to Oblivian and it's not like I was booking a table for 4 people.
I was so excited to have my birthday there because I have only been once before and had an amazing time but since the poor customer service I received, I will not be coming back nor will I recommend going there.
