Good day all
In April I requested MTN to investigate a network issue in my area whereby the signal switches from EDGE and 3G constantly when using the net. After receiving a reference number and a response that they will attend to the issue within 10 working days, it is now August and I am still left with a useless internet connection. I cannot believe the attitude of MTN!! I am definitely reconsidering my 4 contracts with them!!
