Incorrect Debit on Bank Account

I am unable to get through to anyone that is able to help me as I don't have an MTN account! Our bank account was debited on 2nd April 2013 with an amount of R461.94 - how in the world am I supposed to query this when I cannot get through to anyone at MTN??? Please can someone from MTN contact me urgently to sort this matter out!!! How our account can just be debited is beyond me!
