Misinformartion costing client

Was told by Rivonia staff that there was no stock of your 32" televisions so I couldn't take out the contract upgrade at R189/m

Sandton tells me now that that was not the case as its on an order by order basis from Bright Point.
Bright Point has also indicated that there was no stock shortage and the equipment would be delivered on a FIFO basis.

I now see that the price has been raised to R220/m.

Thus due to the false communication by your Rivonia staff, its costing me R30/m extra. Im shocked and disgusted.

What is MTN to do to rectify this situation?
