THREE MONTHS LATER AND NO FINALISATION TO MY COMPL

I previously loggged two complaints with my concerns which i have with MTN one was resolved and the second not. Three months later after num, erous emails to their Corporate Business Operations namely Omar Daniels and his supervisor, whoc confirmed that they will attend to the matter at hand.

Can somebody from MTN please look into this and provide me with a suitable resolution.
