I signed up for a my gig 2 gig special data contract for R109 per month. The reason I chose this contract was that I wanted to limit my monthly data usage to R109 per month. A few says ago I got an email informing me that my bill was sitting at R3847.03. How is it possible for 2 gig to cost R3847.03. I then was told that it was not limited to 2 gig, which was a first to me!! If it continues to allow you to use data after you reach your 2 gig limit, how can you allow it to get to that amount before notifying me? Surely if a person sign up for a 2 gig package, they do not intend using that much data?? Either it is an error or someone was using my data via wi-fi. Regardless, I do not understand how you cannot notify me when i reached my contract amount or even 100% over my contract, and not wait until it is 3500% over???
