2nd time in for repair - phone still not fixed

I am now totally at my wits end. For the second time now MTN has sent back my phone, still not repaired. Please see history by clicking these links:

On Friday I went to the Goodwood branch in N1 City to follow up as I have not received any communication since booking the phone in on the 16th of July for the second time. I was upset to see that the phone was returned again from the repairs department still not fixed, what made me even more upset is that on the job card 3593229, it stated that I was contacted and I rejected the quote (first repair situation). I was not contacted by either the repair dept. at all or the shop to say phone was back.

Bottom line is that my phone is in worse condition then when I initially sent it in. This is now the 3rd time I am bringing this to MTN's attention &I have still not received any assistance.

It has been now over 2 months since I first sent in the phone, surely this is not the kind of service one associates with a major telecommunications company?

What now? Please assist
