No service for a month

Two weeks ago i wrote a complaint with no service, after 2 weeks a technician came and sorted the so called problem but 4 days later we were disconnected again. Our adsl line has become totally unreliable. Now almost another 2 weeks later we r sitting with no internet. When signing the contract from Dion Wired they ensured us that the adsl line will be uninterrupted but this is ridiculous. Telkom is monopolising the country and their service. If we dont pay our acc for the month they will take us to court but if they dont provide a service and take our money who helps us not to get robbed. I live in Heuweloord and its one of the worst place for Telkoms sevices. U pay every month and dont get service. It seems the lines r always down in this area. Something needs to b done or ppl will carry on being robbed. Disgusted with the way Telkom is supposed to help their clients with unhelpfullness. They r nothing but robbers. Daylight.
