I write this in absolute anger at Telkom once again, i always keep patient with call centre staff and is always accommodating when I have to leave work and sit while a techie repairs the "same" fault.
If whomever reads this from Telkom, please have a look at my account fault history and TELL me why the does my DSL service seem to go from happy to sad every 3 weeks? then I sit with downtime for up to a week to get it working again.
Problem is loss of sync, try and reset ports no luck, as i have mentioned above its not the first time, and to my knowledge the techie does same thing to fix every time.
I am however getting rather fed up of this common occurrence, and would love A) a reason for break in service and B) it to be fixed ASAP!
Want answers NOW!
